0.406 THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
You should familiarize yourself with the Rules and Regulations pertinent to your license.

1.5 CHANGE OF ADDRESS
You are required to apply for a timely modification of the license as necessary to show your correct mailing address.

90.157 DISCONTINUANCE OF OPERATION
A station license shall cancel upon permanent discontinuance of operations.

90.159 OPERATION FOR UP TO 180 DAYS PRIOR TO GRANT
Applicants also may operate the radio station(s) for a period of up to one hundred eighty (180) days, ten business after submitting a Form 601 application to the FCC, provided that all the antennas employed by control stations are 6.1 meters (20 feet) or less.

90.168 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Commercial Mobile Radio Services licensees shall afford equal opportunity in employment to all qualified persons.

90.169 CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION PRIOR TO GRANT
As a general rule, many applicants may construct facilities prior to grant of their authorizations by meeting specific requirements of this rule section.

90.173 SHARING FREQUENCIES
“All applicants and licensees shall cooperate in the selection and use of frequencies in order to reduce interference and make the most effective use of the authorized facilities. Licensees of stations suffering or causing harmful interference are expected to cooperate and resolve this problem by mutually satisfactory arrangements”

90.403 TRAINING YOUR EMPLOYEES IN PROPER OPERATION
Licensees of radio stations in the private land mobile radio services shall be directly responsible for the proper operation and use of each transmitter.

90.405 PERMITTED USE
Licensees may transmit only communications related to the imminent safety-of-life or property and communications directly related to those activities which make the licensee eligible for the station license held.

90.407 GIVE WAY TO EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION
Licensees “… of any station authorized under this part may, during a period of emergency in which the normal communication facilities are disrupted” utilize its facility for life saving communications.

90.415 PROHIBITED USE
You cannot transmit program material of any kind in connection with broadcasting.

90.425 STATION IDENTIFICATION
Stations shall “… be identified by the transmission of the assigned call sign during each transmission or exchange of transmissions, or once each 15 minutes (30 minutes in the Public Safety Pool) during periods of continuous operation.”

90.427 PROTECT EQUIPMENT FROM UNAUTHORIZED OPERATION
Your facilities must be installed and protected so they are not accessible to or capable of operation by persons other than those duly authorized by and under your control.

90.433 THERE ARE NO INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS BUT
The station licensee is responsible for the proper operation of the station at all times.

90.437 STATION RECORDS MUST BE KEPT
Licensees must make available either a legible photocopy of the authorization for each base or fixed station at a fixed location at every control point of the station or an address or location where the current authorization may be found. Also, an applicant operating under temporary authority per 90.159 must post an executed copy of FCC Form 601.

90.443 KEEP ORIGINAL IN A SECURE SPACE OR FILE

Each licensee of a station shall maintain records, including maintenance records or any other relevant record effecting licensed stations.

90.445 KEEP STATIONS RECORDS ORDERLY
Station records shall be kept in an orderly manner, and in such detail that the data required are readily available.
